As per the title this painting presents three figures in an interior space. Two of the figures are wrestling, the third figure is an onlooker. One of the wrestlers holds a book open in front of his opponent's face, apparently reading from it out loud.
Wie der Titel bereits andeutet, zeigt dieses Ölbild drei Figuren in einem Innenraum. Zwei ringen miteinander, die dritte schaut zu und lächelt. Einer der Ringer hält seinem Gegner ein aufgeschlagenes Buch vors Gesicht und liest offenbar laut daraus vor.
